    What is Dhanteras?

Dhanteras is an auspicious festival that welcomes wealth and prosperity into your life. The word Dhanteras comes from 2 Sanskrit words “Dhan” means money and “Teras” means thirteenth. As a result, Dhanteras is a festival of wealth, celebrated on the 13th day of Kartik month or Krishna Paksha.
